About us
It’s never just about
building condos.
At Park Living Developments and J Builders, we believe everyone deserves a place they’re proud to call home.

Park Living Developments
Since 2003
One goal, held for over twenty years.
Since 2003, we’ve been building with one goal in mind: creating beautiful condominiums where families can put down roots, raise their children, and make memories for years to come.
As a company deeply connected to the Borough Park community, we understand that a home is more than square footage and finishes. It’s where life happens.
Park Living Developments
The vision
Park Living Developments is responsible for bringing each project to life from the development stage, carefully planning spaces that families will love.
J Builders
The build
J Builders takes that vision and turns it into reality, with a hands-on approach to construction and an eye for the details that make a house feel like home.
The people we build for
Someone truly thought about you.
We take pride in what we build, but just as importantly, we take pride in the people we build for. From the layout of an apartment to the finishes that make it special, we want every family who walks through the door to feel that someone truly thought about them.
It’s about building homes, creating places where families can build their future.
That’s what we’ve been doing since 2003, and it’s what continues to drive us today.
